With four open burners and a 305mm griddle plate, this allows you to shallow fry large quantities of food whilst simultaneously cooking in the oven and on the open burners. This will help to facilitate and cater for during high demand periods and ensure multiple orders are completed at once. This will reduce waiting time for your customers and ensure your business runs as smoothly as possible. With heavy duty stainless steel construction and raised sides for splashback, you can protect your staff and other equipment from burns and stains. The stainless steel material is also easy to clean and maintain its shiny flawless finish to promote a long service life and reduce company outgoings. Please ensure this product is installed by a qualified commercial gas fitter, as failure to do so will result in warranty being voided.
