The easy-lift curved glass lid keeps the ingredients fresher helping to improve hygiene and prevent cross contamination. Also, the built-in chopping board helps staff prep food easily and quickly, saving time and space.
The 35mm insulation improves efficiency by reducing running costs and keeping the food fresher for longer, and the automatic defrost helps improve maintenances, giving this fridge long-lasting reliability.
With four sturdy feet the prep fridge can have stable positioning when needed reducing potential spillages.
The user-friendly digital temperature controls and display have an easy operation so all members of staff can change the temperature for the optimum chill.
