Making sandwiches, pizzas, burritos or tacos? Using this countertop prep fridge from the Polar G-Series will ensure your fresh toppings are always within easy reach. There's space to hold up to six 1/4GN pans (sold separately), and your chilled ingredients will be stored hygienically until you're ready to use them - the protective glass casing takes care of that.
Operation couldn't be easier - simply switch on and set a temperature. The prep fridge accurately keeps the contents at the required setting without fuss, and it uses fan-assisted cooling to ensure consistent temperature control.
