The Anvil MFW0011 Banquet Cart combines durability and functionality with its stainless steel structure, ensuring long-lasting performance. Its excellent insulation enhances heat retention, improving overall holding efficiency within the cart’s temperature range of 30°C to 110°C, monitored via the built-in thermostat and temperature display. Equipped with a waterproof on/off switch, double stainless steel elements, and forced air circulation, this cart guarantees precise temperature control and even heating. Additional features include a stainless steel lock, four 150mm high castors with brakes for mobility and stability, protective bumpers around the base, a recessed handle, a rubber seal on the door for a secure seal, a bottom water tray to maintain food humidity, and it comes with a GN 2/1 wiring grid, accommodating 22 GN 1/1 trays across 11 levels, making it an ideal choice for catering and foodservice operations.
