Additionally, a removable condenser filter ensures hassle-free cleaning. Inside, you’ll find two levels of frosted glass shelves with a stainless steel base shelf, all behind ITO heated tempered glass on the front, top, and sides, ensuring optimal temperature and humidity levels for your confections. This Anvil cake fridge operates seamlessly in an ambient temperature of up to 32°C at 82% RH and can function as an ambient display by using only its lights. Equipped with a ventilated cooling system, auto defrost, and an operating temperature range of 2°C to 8°C, it’s the ideal solution for preserving your cakes and pastries.
