With durable commercial-grade components throughout, the Apuro is specifically built for the professional. And thanks to the large fan, heat is quickly distributed evenly throughout the interior - guaranteeing consistent cooking results every time. In addition, the double-glazed drop-down door helps you quickly view the cooking process, so you won't have to open the door and lose heat until the cooking is complete.
No technician is required to set up this machine, allowing you to use it almost instantly from delivery.
