Heavy-duty cast iron J-grates with radiant hoods deliver even heat distribution, while reversible grates provide the flexibility of flat or inclined grilling surfaces. Standard safety and control features include flame failure devices, piezo ignition to pilot burners, and multi-setting gas valves for precise flame regulation. Designed for ease of maintenance with full component access and removable fat spillage trays for efficient cleaning.
