It’s equipped with powerful 34MJ stainless steel U-burners per 300mm section and heavy-duty cast iron J-grates with radiant hoods. The reversible J-grates offer the flexibility of an inclined or flat cooking surface. Standard safety and control features include flame failure devices, piezo ignition to pilot burners, and multi-setting gas valves for precise flame regulation. Designed for easy maintenance, the unit also includes accessible service components and easy-clean fat spillage trays.
