With a 42L water capacity, it uses an efficient multi-jet target burner with piezo ignition and a flame failure device for safe, reliable operation. The thermostatically controlled temperature and built-in water overflow maintain optimal cooking conditions, while a manual water spindle allows easy refilling. Designed for convenience, it offers front access to all components and comes complete with noodle baskets. Pan dimensions: 455mm (D) x 450mm (W) x 120mm (H).
