Designed for durability and precision, it includes a top-welded smooth surface, insulated drop-down door with spring hinges, and a German-made thermostat for accurate temperature control. Standard features include a flame failure device, multi-setting gas valves, and easy access for servicing. With easy-to-clean fat trays and heat-deflecting splashbacks, it also offers the largest gastronorm capacity in its class (630mm D x 785mm W x 290mm H).
