The cooking surface is built for durability with heavy-duty cast iron trivets and a 12mm thick mild steel grill plate over a 6mm base plate for even heat distribution. A German-made thermostat ensures precise temperature control, while a flame failure device and multi-setting gas valves offer added safety and flexibility. Designed for ease of use and maintenance, it also boasts the largest gastronorm oven capacity in its class (630mm D x 785mm W x 290mm H).
