This heavy-duty deep fryer features a full AISI grade stainless steel frame with 2mm thick pans for lasting durability. It includes highly efficient heating elements, built-in thermal insulation for energy savings, and a programmable digital controller with a safety cut-out switch. With a temperature range of 90°C–190°C and a 40L oil capacity per pan, it’s designed for high performance. An inbuilt filtration system, removable oil collection tank, and refill spout ensure easy maintenance.
