Made from durable stainless steel with a manual lid lift, this boiling pan is built to last and backed by a 2-year parts and labour warranty.

- Heavy duty 490 litre Jacketed Tank constructed entirely from heavy-gauge AISI 316 / 304 stainless steel.
- Thick-rayed AISI 316 / 304 stainless steel bottom base enhances thermal efficiency and stability, ensuring optimal heat distribution and durability during intensive use.
- Heavy-gauge AISI 304 stainless steel lid equipped with a special device for balanced weight, ensuring effortless opening.
- Indirect electric heating system powered by 48 kW armored heating elements heats the water in the jacketed wall cavity, generating steam for even heat distribution while minimizing food sticking, ensuring perfect cooking results.
- Water jacket equipped with a safety pressure relief valve and manometer for monitoring pressure levels, with a pressure gauge set to 0.45 bar, ensuring optimal operation and safety
- Electronic temperature regulation control offers 7 levels of adjustable power, easily managed through the durable electronic control pad, ensuring precise cooking for optimal product results
- Safety thermostat ensures safe temperature regulation at all times
- Maximum and minimum valves regulate the distilled water level in the water jacket. Periodic checks are needed to ensure proper water levels for the pot’s function. An optional automatic water gap filling device is available upon request.
