The Glacian BCH0016 Hot Banquet Cart is crafted from stainless steel, ensuring durability and functionality that lasts. Its superior insulation enhances heat retention, maintaining temperatures between 70°C to 82°C, monitored precisely by the built-in thermostat and display. Featuring a waterproof on/off switch, dual stainless steel heating elements, and efficient forced air circulation, this cart provides accurate temperature control and uniform heating. Additional attributes include a stainless steel lock, four 150mm high castors with brakes for mobility and stability, protective base bumpers, a recessed handle, and a rubber-sealed door for secure closure. With a capacity for 16 GN 2/1 trays spread over 16 levels, it is an optimal choice for catering and foodservice environments.
