Easily adjustable consistency with the press of a button - consistency scale range up to 120. Easily serves 1 x 85g portion every 20 seconds, otherwise, you can serve 5-6 portions immediately before giving the machine some time to catch up(5 mins) and recover the gelato or soft serve mix.
