Full 1/1GN gastronorm compatibility inside gives you the flexibility to quickly transfer pans directly between appliances - not only saving time moving food between pans, but also reduces cleaning too. And speaking of saving time, the whole fridge is easy to clean, thanks to strong stainless steel construction and the front-access air filter.
