About Polar GL015-A
Reliably store all your bar essentials in the Polar G-Series solid door back bar cooler. Designed to assist in any busy service, the fridge helps to keep your most accessed garnishes and mixers close to hand, allowing you to safely create best-selling cocktails without having to move around a potentially busy back bar area.
Cooling itself is highly effective and is aided by a high performance fan. This helps to distribute cool air around the inside of the fridge, meaning temperatures are quickly maintained, even when the door is being opened regularly as part of a busy service. Cleaning is easy too, as both the inside and outside of the cooler feature straight edges and a simple, no-nonsense design.
Lockable doors keep the contents secure when not in use, removing the worry of stolen goods. Also, 2 adjustable shelves allow you to easily reposition for larger products that are being stored. You can also add a wine shelf to keep chilled wines on offer (sold separately).
Polar G-Series bar display refrigeration is designed for everyday professional use in demanding environments. With hard-wearing components and strong commercial construction, choose G-Series if you expect to be accessing the unit frequently. This item should not be used for medical storage.
