The 5 ¼ gastronorm pan compatibility means the fridge can hold 5 different ingredients at once, making the prep fridge perfect for keeping pizza toppings sandwich fillings or salads.
Also, the hinged lid improves the insulation and keeps the ingredients safer for longer, reducing cross contamination.
And the user-friendly digital temperature controls allow for an easy operation so all staff can use it quickly and efficiently.
Including the removable filter means it can be simply removed and cleaned with a vacuum, so staff can keep the fridge hygienically clean easily.
No technician is required to set up this machine, allowing you to use it almost instantly from delivery. This item should not be used for medical storage. Please refer to our catalogue for medical fridge/freezers.
