The Polar G-Series saladette counter fridge is the perfect solution if you need rapid access to chilled ingredients. Truly versatile, the top section gives you the flexibility to add the GN pans that you need - whether that's two full size pans or a configuration of several smaller ones.
Below, the fridge includes two sturdy adjustable shelves and powerful fan assisted cooling. The built-in digital control panel is simple to use, whilst the commercial stainless steel construction is incredibly sturdy and easy to clean. A great choice for busy pro kitchens.
