Also, the insulation keeps the cold in so your ingredients can keep food at the optimum temperature even when the door is open.
The triple self-closing doors means chefs can open either side without opening the entire unit, helping to keep the fridge cooler.
And the forced air cooling means the fridge recovers its storage temperature rapidly even if the doors are being opened regularly further adding to the ingredients being kept at the best temperature.
The adjustable shelves help to store food and ingredients of all shapes and sizes meaning there's no problem with storing large quantities of ingredients.
