About Polar DL915-A
Designed for the busiest commercial kitchens, the practical Polar U-Series stainless steel counter fridge provides valuable additional chilled storage and workspace. A digital display makes knowing the temperature of the fridge's interior quick and simple. An automatic defrost system prevents frost build-up, allowing your fridge to continue running effectively.
Fitted with lockable castor wheels this fridge can be easily moved and positioned. The full 50mm of insulation and fan assisted cooling ensures the contents are kept at reliable temperature throughout your service - even when the doors are constantly being opened. Combining an impressive 358 litres of reliable chilled storage space alongside a durable 1795mm width prep counter - this is an essential for any busy prep service.
The handy rear upstand prevents food debris falling down the back of the unit, helping to reduce your cleaning workload. The ventilation system requires a 20cm gap between the unit and the wall to work effectively, and it must not be placed directly next to a heat source.
