The Polar U-Series upright bakery freezer is ideal for any pro kitchen which uses specialist patisserie or baker's trays on a daily basis.
This freezer is able to accommodate up to twenty 600x400mm trays (18 recommended), offering more than enough capacity to house large quantities of frozen foods and ingredients.
With forced air cooling and simple user-friendly operation, the Polar freezer keeps your stock reliably frozen up to 32°C kitchen temperature. A great choice for businesses which do their baking on-site.
