The highest commercial specification means this fridge has been built to be designed for the busy kitchen environments, so they can last in the tough rigours of the catering environment.
And the user-friendly digital controls help set the temperature at the touch of a button so your chefs can change temperature based on the correct ingredients being stored.
Maintain a distance of 20cm between the unit and walls or other objects for the ventilation system to perform effectively. Increase this distance if the obstacle is a heat source.
