The Sansone is a heavy-duty compact bench pasta dough roller machine. It is powered by a high-performance ventilated motor and is run by a gear and cog belt transmission. It has full IP67 controls and high quality mechanical finishings. The structure is completely stainless steel including the rollers. Comes with an optional pasta cutting attachments . It is designed with a vertical construction that reduces the space taken up on the working counter and facilitates gripping of the dough at outfeed. The Sansone 25 is distinguished by a 250mm roller outfeed.
