Its unlimited speed adjustment from 5,000 to 18,000 RPM provides full precise control and consistency, from light mixing to puréeing and emulsifying.
The 750W dual frequency motor makes light-work of thick ingredients, so you don't have to spend longer than you need to blend your ingredients.
