The electromechanical controls are simple and intuitive and allow you to set the temperature functions and adjust the maximum and minimum intensity of the flame. These ovens are stackable up to two cooking modules and can be completed with a base with wheels or with a leavening cell, depending on your needs. The Citizen Gas 9 is distinguished by its 9-pizza capacity.
