Original System Juicing

To juice citrus fruits effectively, the Smart Speed Pomegranates All-in-One makes use of Zumex’s Original System juicing mechanism. This system allows for fruits to be automatically grabbed from the feeder, split in half and pressed in a highly efficient process that maximises juice production over time. Thanks to this, the Smart Speed Pomegranates All-in-One can juice between 2.5 to 4.5 litres of juice a minute.

The Original System has also been designed to press fruits with the optimal amount of force. This ensures that maximum juice yields are extracted without the bitter essential oils contained within the peel, making for tastier juice with minimal waste.

ASP Antibacterial Technology

Since the Smart Speed Pomegranates All-in-One is designed primarily for use in a commercial environment, hygiene is crucial. To ensure their juicers can resist bacterial growth, Zumex has developed a unique antibacterial silver polymer (ASP) coating, which is based on silver ion technology.

This coating is used on all of the internal juicing parts and is designed to resist wear while also inhibiting the growth of bacteria or mould on the parts. This ensures they can remain safe to use throughout the course of a day despite frequent contact with food.

Zumex Connect

Of course, the big advantage of the Smart Speed Pomegranates comes from its ability to connect to any smart device and provide real-time feedback. This includes information on juicer productivity, sales data and overall status, all of which are shown through a selection of intuitive dynamic charts and graphs.

Zumex connect also allows for all of this information to be gathered remotely across different locations if desired. This also means that predictive maintenance and error alerts can be seen on the go, allowing for a faster response to unexpected issues.

Versatile Operation Modes

For some added versatility, there are two different operation modes built into the Smart Speed Pomegranates All-in-One. The first of these is a self-service mode, which required the tap to be manually released in order for it to pour out juice. This allows for the Smart Speed Pomegranates All-in-One to be used directly by customers in self-service environments.

The second mode is known as Professional, and it allows for continuous juice production from an exact number of fruits. This mode is best for use by trained staff and makes for a smoother process that requires less manual interaction.

Advanced Safety Features

In order to prolong the life of the parts and motor while minimising the risk of extreme damage, the Smart Speed Pomegranates All-in-One is fitted with a couple of useful safety features. The first of these is a triple detection system, which can safeguard all risk areas and shut the device off whenever an unsafe action occurs.

That is then further supported by a motor seizure detection system, which causes the Smart Speed S +Plus All-in-One to completely shut off when any motor error occurs. This ensures that any issues aren’t made worse by continued force on potentially damaged parts.

Functional Design

Lastly, the Zumex Smart Speed Pomegranates All-in-One offers a very practical design, built to offer a very streamlined yet flexible experience. For user convenience, it offers a very large feeder, that can hold up to 20 kg of fruit in a single load, heavily reducing the frequency with which it needs to be refilled.

Moving downwards, it also offers a unique automatic PulpOut feature, which uses a continuous conveyor belt to remove lots of pulp from the juice once it has been pressed. This is supported by an incredibly convenient 1-Step extraction kit, which allows for all the juicing parts to be swiftly removed at once for cleaning and maintenance.

Finally, its freestanding podium design gives it a huge 55/100-litres of storage for waste that is held within an integrated trolley that varies in size between the wide and slim variants.
